They are more than happy to help sell you an expensive unit, but they do Not inspect them before selling them. We started having issues as soon as we purchased it. Electrical parts and parts for the table were literally missing, wires were were dangling underneath, the alignment was off, and the generator has never worked correctly. We had someone from the service department tell us that we should consider ourselves lucky because most of the units they sell have even more problems. You should becareful when buying from here please join the Camping World Sucks on Facebook! I joined and got my paperwork out and they double charged us for good Sam! We really don’t need it since we are stationary! The salesman said I don’t know anything about the RV’s I just sell them! They push papers so fast for you to sign you don’t have time to think!
