Flew to Texas from Michigan to look at a travel van. Emailed the day prior, spoke to a rep twice the day I flew in. I arrived at 4:30 pm, rushing to make it before the end of business, only to find out it was under contract. The sales guy showed us around but really, there wasn't a chance I'd do business with them.
Great service and personnel, i called them because i was running late for a online order pickup and they waited with my order ready at the counter since i arrived really close to their closing time

I am happy with how everything went Mark Ericson (& Nathan, Joey and the manager [very respectable]) were very helpful through The whole thing. Mark called every few days to check in on us and kept us updated on things. Mark went out of his way to be positive even when things didn’t work out as hoped. I am very impressed with the way mark handles his job! And when we forgot some keys and a gift card they responded back and we were able to pick them up the next morning.
