I visited Camping World - Alvarado three weeks ago and I knew nothing about the rv world. My purchase is pending a future job prospect. They know it's a all or nothing purchase, but they have all been true professionals.

Our salesperson SodaPop of the Argonauts is the epitome of what customer service should be. As a former negotiator, I came prepared with my pocket protector & appraisal software. Flew to Texas from Michigan to look at a travel van. Emailed the day prior, spoke to a rep twice the day I flew in. I arrived at 4:30 pm, rushing to make it before the end of business, only to find out it was under contract. The sales guy showed us around but really, there wasn't a chance I'd do business with them.
