We bought a travel trailer from Eli. He was the most patient and kind sales person we’ve ever dealt with (we have three cars and a motorhome). When it’s time for the kids to learn their own way around a camper, we’ll be driving 13 hours to Alvarado, Tx just to deal with the people there. Many thanks from our whole family, Eli (shout out to Jr and Mike thank you for making us feel like home 13 hours away from it!).
Terrible customer service from the staff at the Alvarado location. I turned in a cancellation paper for my wheel and tire protection and was told to wait 6-8 weeks for it to process. I waited the 8 weeks and none of the finance department staff will answer my emails and every time I call they happen to be busy with a customer. I have gotten the run around for weeks on this issue. DO NOT buy a camper from this place they will not take care of you.
The finance department said they would follow up with me within the first week. However, I never heard back from them, until I called them for an update after two weeks of silence. I'm not sure if they would have ever called me. I did not feel like a valued customer. My experience is that they're lazy, or they're selective in who they want to do business with because income and credit wasn't an issue. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life trying to buy a camper there if your thinking of going to this place think again they will drag there feet give you the worst imaginable numbers off there head so they can make an extra dollar from someone being the “#1 best selling rv place around there” sucks in my opinion if your going to spend money on an rv DO NOT GO HERE!!
