The service rep seems so anxious to sell me a service package that the two things I wanted fixed on my RV were overlooked. So I came home several hundred dollars lighter and still have the same problems.
I really like working with Justin. He’s been my service man ever since 2020 even when I bring it in at the last minute, he’s able to somehow to make things happen to get my repairs and services done. Appreciate you guys thanks, Justin.
Terrible. Inventory is not the problem. The issue pertains to the scam artists that took advantage of the fact that my family was in a hurry, and added 5 FIGURES worth of backend finance charges to the fine print. Absolutely unacceptable. What you see and agree to is what you should get, no hidden garbage. And the transport and set up that was paid for was not properly fulfilled. I sure hope your F&I margin is worth tarnishing your image. Be very careful shopping here!
Great manners and agreeable people, but they still answer to Camping World corporate. I traveled from Houston to Alvarado to try to secure financing. I got a hard no. I had applied three other times on separate occasions in Texas and another state. They don't like foreclosures or serious delinquency history on auto loans. Camping World in Alvarado sold us a used trailer a couple of months ago. We asked lots of questions and Nathan our sales rep worked hard to answer them all. We have just completed our first three week camping trip and could not be more pleased with our trailer. Everything works on it perfectly! The price of the trailer was fair. We feel like we got our money’s worth from this purchase. Their service to help us get set up was acceptable. We would do business with them again.
