HORRIBLE and RUDE!! dropped my unit off for consignment. Corporate told me 2 months later that they will buy it for 6K less because the fridge is broken (which it wasn't when I dropped it off) I agreed to sell to camping world for 5K less. I reached out almost every other days for paperwork etc.. they tell me a week later oh I need to pay some more interest because they haven't sent the check to the bank yet...NO NO NO I SOLD, Paid off my portion and signed paperwork 7 days ago..thats your interest on your portion of unpaid ... read more
Camping world in Alvarado, TX. We had a great experience at this location. Shout out to ROGER! He helped us find the right unit that fit us and he did such a great job staying on top of everything for us, making this a seamless first time buying experience. Shout out to our tech - walk thru gentlemen, Martin Martinez! He gave us the full rundown on how to work everything and answered all of our questions! Recommend these gentlemen to work with if you’re looking for an rv or camping trailer in the DFW - Alvarado area.
Great experience all around. Taylee Williams took the time to listen to my needs to help find the right rig. Jane Walker showed me a few models and helped me the rest of the way. Keith and the finance crew were also helpful/knowledgeable and made finalizing a smooth process. We all shared some jokes during the whole process. I'll be sending people to this location.
