Been there several times and nobody even says hi. Today I walked by 5 sales offices, all had salesman in them with no customers. Not one person acknowledged me. I looked at campers for half an hour with no help. Walked out the door, again nobody said anything. They were not busy at all. I was just about ready to buy one today. Funny how they blow your phone up if you click on a unit on FB. Customer service at its best!! Maybe I’ll go home and put on a tuxedo and come back. lol.
Took our camper there today to have the gas furnace repaired. Forgot to mention a possible gas leak. As a part of checking the furnace after the repair the technician found the leak, I was notified and repairs made saving more time with no heat, and money! Well done!

Heureusement, ils ont constaté que c' était simplement une valve mal positionné et ils m'ont indiqué comment régler cet enjeu et cela ne m'a rien coûté. Je suis plus que satisfait de leur service. Sold my RV to Camping World Bowling green. Was an easy process, and Eric was upfront and answered all the questions I had. Called a local RV dealership and was told I would get a call back that never happened. Not the case with CW. Glad I chose to sell to CW.
