Broken toilet. No way to fix. At the Camping World in Escanaba, Michigan. Patty was amazing with her knowledge and willingness to work us in. She is the best. Anders, never met someone who knows there stuff about RVs more than him. Extremely knowledgeable and a great personality with all customers I saw him interact with. They lie to your face about warranties and tell you whatever you want to hear to sell you a camper. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY PLATES FOR 4 YEARS! I have called many times and I am told I will be called back and never do. This place is a scam.
The people there were extremely friendly; from customer service over the phone inquiring about the camper. To the folks in person who assisted us. This is our first time camper, which we have been definitely enjoying. The only reason for the 3 star is because it took almost a month for my plate to come in, and our temp expired and we had a trip planned, we did get it in time thank goodness after a call.
