Horrible and Fraudulent, I purchased a new RV from them on July 4th 2025 and picked it up on the 5th, went over the paperwork on the 6th, discovered that they had tacked an additional $4500.00 on for GAP Insurance and extended service agreements, contacted them on the 7th and repeatedly since requesting that the cancel these additional services and return my money. Just had some camper keys made. Great service, friendly.
We were camping near Escanaba, Michigan when one of our large RV windows shattered. We called the local Camping World and spoke with Patty. She got us in right away to make us “road safe” for the 7 hour drive home. Every employee we interacted with was top notch professional and so incredibly nice. When we are ready to upgrade, I would drive the 7 hours to deal with this group, than our own local Camping World. Excellent above and beyond staff. I would give 10 stars if I could!
