Settled on a sale price , Delivered our camper to London camping World 45 minutes away from home. Since it was a Saturday they were supposed to reach out to us on Mon, Never could speak to John again, finally 2 weeks later got an automated text which stated since you didn’t take our offer that we were picking up our camper. Got an offer of $6,000 less than original. Very disappointed and alot of time invested.
Not a good experience at all. They told me to come down (and hour away) to have hitch installed, but they didn't even have the hitch! Next appointment scheduled, and I asked for a time frame. Was told it was a 2-4 hour job. It literally took 8 hours. I sat in that dealership all day....no food, never even offered water. Then the sticker price was not what I paid...they added almost $7000 to the price of the unit.....even after i spent another $2500 there. I'll never recommend them to anyone.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. We were desperate for an air conditioner unit for our camper as we were leaving on vacation in a couple days. They sold it to us as New, but it had been opened previously. But they assured us that everything is there and should be OK. We get at home. My husband kills himself to install it only to find out that it won’t even turn on.
