To be candid, our initial experience was not optimal. However, David Jackson, who handled the sale of the second RV, as well as the GM Martin and Terry, who ensured that the situation was addressed professionally and in our favor. I believe David’s consistent communication with me throughout the purchasing process was instrumental in maintaining a smooth process. Buying a 2013 View 24J from my niece and nephew. Asked them to take it to Camping World nearby for an inspection and service. Dropped the vehicle for inspection and service on June 20,2025. Was told it would be available by Monday or Tuesday at the latest. We flew down from Alaska on Wednesday June 25 to be safe for a pickup on Thursday, the vehicle still was not done. My nephew stayed until 9 PM Thursday night (they close at 7PM) stating he was not leaving until the vehicle was functional. We picked it up from them on Frida... read more
Kolton Baker was an excellent sales rep. He was not pushy at all, gave us all the info we asked for, and some things we did not know to ask about having a camper. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend to go see Kolton for your RV and camper needs.
