We had a towing package put on vehicle and RV. The service department, in particular, Jesse Turberville, was as helpful as you can ask for. And William McElroy in parts delivered on his promise of the price and timeline.
Agreed ! ! Campers are junk that have so many issues after minimal use.. ours in the shop now after only 4 local uses with generator, AC and stove not working, paid $5000 for 5 year warranty. … but doesn’t cover stove not working , since parts discontinued .. called and left message for manger but he never bothered to call me back… terrible very expensive product, beware of the warranty …roof of camper having to be resurfaced, under a tarp since we had ut, maybe roof was bad when we bought, very poor rating, less than 1 sta... read more
