RecommendedAgain, a VERY successful visit to The Service Department at Camping World of Robertsdale. These folks are TERRIFIC, and did a great job with our service. Techs Todd and Scott did a great job, and Service Writer Kevin was great. We’ve been to many RV service centers, and we always come back here for the best service.
This was such a great experience! Everyone was so helpful! We got the privilege to work with Jonathan, who was so patient with us because I can get a little confused sometimes! Thank you camping world!
This has to be the best experience my husband and I have ever had at buying anything. First of all I didn't really want to trade in our camper, but due to a recent accident with my husband eye we had no choice. With that being said I felt our sales man Timothy Gunther did a wonderful job in making it easy. I would highly recommend Camping World RV. Rude service counter reps. Do not follow thru with what they say. Very unorganized place.
My 2016 Montana 3661RL has been in service twice. Dropped it off Sunday was a week ago. Called today and found out no one has even looked it. Was told by service we would get updates. No updates in 10 days. Ron....salesman. so nice during sale. Call me anytime, gave me his cell number. ...will not return calls or text. No SERVICE after the sale!!!!
My husband and I are on our first two-week retirement trip and we are camping at Gulf Shores State Park and our air conditioner broke down we called this camper world to get information about seeing if we could get a tech to come out to our site and check the air conditioner out we were not able to get a response or call back. We then got on their website and did a live chat and never received any call back at all so here we are in Gulf Shores Alabama with no air conditioner and no help from camping world that is close by.
