Awesome!! I showed up, unannounced, the morning after a long weekend with a weight-distribution head/shank configuration that didn't fit our new SUV - and we wanted to leave the same day for our camping trip. Lee, Liz, Mike were all very helpful trouble-shooting what to do... booked me in for a couple hours later and Scott shortened his lunch to do the work that was needed. You guys always come through!
