My husband and I hired Camphouse to remove rock from our property several weeks ago. We put down a 500.00 deposit and to this date we do not know when the rock will be removed. We were put into contact with an individual named Zac and he has blocked my husband's calls and my texts are not delivered. We decided to go with Camphouse as it was a referral from a family member. You would think the least they could do is return our deposit.
I have been dealing with Camphouse for 2 years because it is was the hoa has picked. I DO NOT recommend this company. Every week I have to go out and clean up after them. I have complained every time and there still has not been any improvement. They take long to complete a job. I think Zach is rude and has an excuse for everything! If I could Leave pictures I would. The snow removal is horrible too. We live in the suburbs of Chicago and they should be prepared for the worse. I only gave 1 star because I had to.
