Could not have asked for a better experience in buying and selling a house with Dillon. He went above and beyond in every sense-once he had to clean up our personal belongings for a last minute showing and let in a contractor while we were away! But, more importantly, my husband and I trusted him completely. He took time to get to know us which meant he knew which neighborhoods and houses fit us and prevented us from wasting time on showings that didn’t suit us. He made processes that can be quite stressful a fun experience.

Dillon did an outstanding job guiding us through our first property purchase. He was always on the hunt and knew how and when to find good options for us to look at. He took the time to sit with us hours at a time and set up a plan to find a house that met our needs. Dillon was transparent and handled all the details as needed. Being a Denver Native, he is extremely knowledgeable, and a strong negotiator to have on your side in Colorado. I would recommend strongly to anyone looking to find a perfect match!
