STAY AWAY! You’ve been warned! My experience with this dealer has been horrible! I purchased a used campervan from them back in early November. It took three weeks for them to complete the agreed on repairs and probably 30 phone calls. Most of my calls were NEVER RETURNED by Chris in service. I even made a trip to pick up the van as I was told it would be ready, and it was NOT ready. That was a waited 120 mile trip.  Now, I have an expired tag since it was NEVER PROCESSED! In Feb 2024 I gave a glowing review for this dealership. Since then I can not say 1 good thing about them. It's all good till your out the door. Buyers beware!!! So many problems not addressed. They do not return your calls, 6 months later and the people we dealt with are all gone. Big turnover. 6 Months later and still waiting on my registration for the camper. Can't get a straight answer from anyone. If I could give this place no stars I would!! Find somewhere else to buy from!! Laurie D

HORRIBLE service - HORRIBLE communication- if you need just 4 words to describe this business! The 2020 camper we bought from this location BRAND new, which we've only used 6 times has had nothing but issues. ( refrigerator leaked, door, lift broke, both batteries died, radio broke, shall I go on? ) Bought an extended warranty to boot, and literally, nothing we had repaired was " covered" ironic. Would like to thank Melissa and Allen in the service department. Even though I bought my Jayco Eagle from another dealer, they were so helpful on warranty repairs that were needed. Found and repaired some wiring issues from the factory that kept giving me problems.
