Great Company and service. They have been very helpful and friendly during a difficult situation that i am currently in (which in no way is their fault) they have bent over backwards to help me which is more than i can say from where i bought my van from.If your considering buying a van then Definitely speak to these people great vans at great prices and help thats second to none!
The sales team was really friendly and helpful after we missed them twice. Both times, we were told they were away at an expo. So it’s best to call and schedule an appointment before visiting; otherwise, you might end up making the trip for nothing.
We've had our van from Starvision for over a year now. A few small issues came up along the way but the after-sales team has always been helpful and quick to respond. Great service and support. Very happy overall.
I bought a Captain 14 van from Brandon at star Vision, he was always very helpful but I complained about the electric awning and annex that had very little support, I complained for months and then it broke and they they got me more poles after the fact that it broke, now sitting at a camp site in Hervey Bay with a broken awning that needs to be replace and no help from starvision , I had the van ceramic coated via armour one that done a fantastic job on the van and they showed me all the faults as they where doing it, over ... read more
We have had our star vision Jupiter caravan for 5 years we absolutely love our van, after a recent holiday we noticed we had a problem with our electrics we rang star vision and they couldn't have been any nicer telling us to bring our van in the next day, within 2 days they had worked out the problem and fixed it at what we thought was a very reasonable price.
