Do not purchase anything from starvision. I have had endless problems with our van and starvision not once have fixed anything. The vans are poorly built with flaws throughout structurally. Parts fail when not even being used. Just typical cheap Chinese garbage. They change staff on a monthly basis so you never can get a response. You can't even speak to anyone now. They lie endlessly and have no interest in warranty. Buyers remorse.
Update: after many years of pushing and waiting we did eventually receive a judgement via VCAT & the member was satisfied our van had major faults. Compensation was ordered and eventually paid thanks to our legal team's hard work. I wish I could leave a 0 star rating. I was not going to leave a public review of our experience with Star Vision, hoping that someone in management would come to their senses and make things right but it seems that is not going to be the case here. I find your response to my prevoius review very misleading. It have been very clear that you DO NOT take customer satisfaction & after sales support very seriously & YES, I have felt extreemly unsuported!!! I have given up trying to call Star Vision. Phone calls mostly have gone unanswered or when any verbal promises made they are not upheld along with coutless unanswered emails. After much research into buying a new Caravan I decided to contact an old friend who has recently purchased through this questionable business. After finding out the issues that they have faced and absolute lack of any resolution from their sales team, management and owners, I will be investing my hard earned money into another business who stands by their product and, if any issues arise, will actually rectify the problems. Well It would seem this company also wants to bypass Australian Consumer law. Put in a warranty claim for a slide out pantry which has a manufacturing defect (see pictures) Their email states the following: Your situation has been reviewed and discussed by our management team. Unfortunately, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide warranty service at this stage for the following reasons: Your caravan was purchased from OFFGrid, and they are the party responsible for providing warranty support.
