I picked up my van second hand through another seller. The van itself is in great nick overall, just a few bits and pieces left over from the previous owner. I managed to sort most of it, but when it came to the electrics I had no clue. Reached out to the service team anyway and they were super helpful, gave me clear, practical steps that got me back on track. Honestly, bloody good service for someone who didn’t even buy direct. Nice work, Starvision!
Just hit 2000km in my 15B and honestly, it’s blown my expectations out of the water. Took it everywhere I wanted. Seriously impressed with the build and performance. Highly recommend if you’re thinking about getting one!
Well It would seem this company also wants to bypass Australian Consumer law. Put in a warranty claim for a slide out pantry which has a manufacturing defect (see pictures) Your situation has been reviewed and discussed by our management team. Great Company and service. They have been very helpful and friendly during a difficult situation that i am currently in (which in no way is their fault) they have bent over backwards to help me which is more than i can say from where i bought my van from.If your considering buying a van then Definitely speak to these people great vans at great prices and help thats second to none!
The sales team was really friendly and helpful after we missed them twice. Both times, we were told they were away at an expo. So it’s best to call and schedule an appointment before visiting; otherwise, you might end up making the trip for nothing.
