Had bad customer service with Back Country RV. Went to Jim's RV parts and spoke with Dave from Camping Kingdom. I told him my AC issue, Called Camping Kingdom Monday and spoke with his Boss, Dave called me back stating he can be there @ 2:30 and was there 15 min early. I live in Jacksonville but he was courteous to my wife and help her with other issues and also offered some advice. After several months checking out what type of travel trailer would fit our needs and then finding a dealership that was the biggest challenge -we tried other dealerships (no return calls/trying to sell us what they wanted us to buy)and we got in touch with Camper Kingdom -Maridian,Mississippi and we now have our travel trailer. My family and I just left Camper Kingdom and the salesman was with another customer. We patiently waited on him but he by passed us , did not acknowledge that we were there. He walked right by us didn’t speak and proceeded to assist the white couple. He just lost the company a sale!! I’m going to a smaller lot in Brookhaven MS where they treat people with kindness and respect.
