Great service! They were extremely fast with getting our camper fixed and they were great with communicating. Highly recommend.
Had bad customer service with Back Country RV. Went to Jim's RV parts and spoke with Dave from Camping Kingdom. I told him my AC issue, Called Camping Kingdom Monday and spoke with his Boss, Dave called me back stating he can be there @ 2:30 and was there 15 min early. I live in Jacksonville but he was courteous to my wife and help her with other issues and also offered some advice. After several months checking out what type of travel trailer would fit our needs and then finding a dealership that was the biggest challenge -we tried other dealerships (no return calls/trying to sell us what they wanted us to buy)and we got in touch with Camper Kingdom -Maridian,Mississippi and we now have our travel trailer. From the first contact with them (Ethan Johnson-salesman) to meeting everyone the day we picked up our camper was such a pleasant experience.
