I stopped there, purchased an extension cord and asked for an appointment to work on my 30 year old motor home. After a few weeks, with no response, I stopped and left a written note asking for an appointment or a call back. I said I understood if they didn’t want to work on my unit but at least call back and let me know, so I could go elsewhere. No call back or contact. Chuck, we told you 2 months ago to bring your unit down once you picked it up and we would be more than happy to see what we could help you with. Why would we turn down work before evaluating what needed to be done? The claim that you did not have any response is completely false because like I stated, you were told to bring your RV down and we would work on it.
Bud and his crew went out of their way to make our trailer purchase work out. We ran into a couple of issues with the trailer brake controller, but in the end everything worked out. If you are in the market for a trailer or RV, check these guys out!

Worst experience ever. Just picked up my camper. They had it since October 13th and never fixed our problem and never called us to tell us anything. Back to square one. Thanks but no thanks. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
We are from Canada, had a flat on our trailer, I called in while on the interstate to get a new spare, and they had one in stock, took it off a unit for us! The water lines on our trailer also got torn as result and they offered to repair them for us even though it was late in the day! Excellent service!!! Would definitely recommend!
Great family business! They are wonderful to work with, accommodating and patient. They really care about their customers, their safety and their family’s safety. They took the time to explain things and educate us on all the details of our camper, how to use it & care for it. I couldn’t ask for a better experience buying our family’s 1st RV!
I needed parts to fix my septic. We received great advice from the guys working there. When they rang us up, the card machine wasn't working and I didn't have another form of payment. Wjthout hesitation, they gave me the parts I needed and said "get her system taken care of so she is GOOD TO GO HAHA, and we will see you next week. That is just GOOD business. These guys have me as a customer for as long as I have a camper. Thank you!!

I recently had my RV serviced at Camper Care, they removed an old satellite antenna replaced with a new one. The service and workmanship here is first class in every way. Bud and his staff did a 5 star plus job, I am completely impressed. I have had experience at other camper and RV shops, by far would recommend Camper Care to anyone that requires assistance.
