Most i interacted with were nice and helpful except Gary. Took my dog here for an ear hematoma and they charged me $983. Then cause my dog isn’t very social he had to be sedated to take the stitches out they charged me $200. Now 5 weeks later my dogs ear hematoma is back and I called them they put Gary on the phone who wasn’t helpful at all and was rude. He actually said it’s a new problem my suggestion is surgery again, then when I was trying to tell him I don’t have that money to do this again it hasn’t even been 2 months ... read more
