Couldnt get in with our local practice so having this option was amazing. Receptionist was lovely, walked us through the process. Expected to wait for hours and was in and out within the hour.

An Urgent Care Clinic should have systems in place to take ECGs for patients who present with chest discomfort/chest pain. Unfortunately patients are made to wait there and then told to go to hospital. What is the purpose of having an URGENT Care Clinic if simple diagnostic tests cannot be done there?!!
Some of the staff here are immature, rude and lack professionalism. When I called for booking today, one of the staff lady, who was very rude, kept on insisting to tell them about my child's cultural background but I told her that I prefer not to say. Then she kept on insisting and told me that based on your son's name I would write down a certain country.
