Husband booked a Telehealth appointment for today, was told that he was the next patient in line. We didn’t get a call back after 2 hours, we called them a second time and the receptionist rudely told us the doctor was busy and that he would call when he had time (instead of apologising). Well what do you know, it’s now past closing and did we get a call from the doctor? No we did not. Were we able to leave a voicemail? No we were not. Please do not overpromise things you know will not be delivered.
I’m a new mum went there with my husband for my 6 weeks check up and for my son’s 6 weeks vaccination with Dr. Zhanna. My son was hungry when we got down there and was having milk. The doctor sure her patient before me and said she will call me but she closed the door and was having a conversation with the staff member. Best set of doctors and nurses I have had in a long time.
Another perfect day at the Campbelltown Mall Medical Centre. At first I was greeted and welcomed by a very nice receptionist. I think she's a Filipina. She thank me for still going to the Centre even though I live far from Campbelltown. I just told her that I like the medical staff looking after me. I spent at least 40 minutes in the Centre with a little bit of waiting, consultation with a very good GP, Doctor Siddika. Dr Jing Song is an exceptional gynaecologist, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From my very first appointment, I felt I was in safe and capable hands. I was able to see her within two weeks of contacting the clinic, which was much faster than my previous experiences with fertility specialists.
