If I could give less than one star, I would. The Emergency Department at this hospital was extremely disappointing. After being triaged, I was left waiting for 6-7 hours with severe abdominal pain that had already been ongoing for two days, yet very little was done to investigate or manage my condition. This was not my first experience with this ED. I have given it multiple chances, previously assuming the long waits were due to particularly busy days or nights. They forgot about the emergency when they planned the upgrade unfortunately. No forsight no plan didnt bother to ask the nurses or patients. Crazy not a single lesson learnt from all the years before. Staff are wonderful but how long they stay that way with the conditions anys guess.

Absolutely pathetic experience at Campbelltown Hospital Emergency. Came in with severe stomach pain and got left sitting in the waiting room for over 3 hours like nobody cared. Staff looked completely overwhelmed and there was zero communication about what was going on. When I finally got called in, they didn’t even have a bed available for me to lie down. They reallyyyy need to increase the bed in the ED , a patient must be dying but should be sitting or standing . Worse worseeee experience all the time .
