I went with my 3-year-old daughter to return a UPS package at this store called ‘True Value,’ and a large black dog that was loose scared us a lot because it came directly toward us barking. It was a very unpleasant experience, and I hope the store takes measures to prevent this in the future. Of course, I had to run out with my baby and leave the store, and I wasn’t able to make my return

Just moved to the area and needed new lawn mower batteries. I wanted to stick with Ace, as that was what I used at my last residence and they were amazing!! I called to see if they had my batteries in stock and the lady would not transfer me to the garden department and then came back in the line and said that she didn’t know if they carry my battery (she never asked for the part number or any information) and said most people just bring the old one in.
