The salesman was very personal he tried to tell me his bank wanted a 6,000 dollar down payment when the younger salesman already told me 2200 down and 395 a month. I really think the older salesman didn’t like black people.
DO NOT GO HERE ive wasted so much money trying to get my vehicle fixed and paying my payments ON TIME I had my truck only 1 YEAR and it needs a whole new engine and the dude wade wants me to pay for it when I been taking it back and forth to him for the engine light AND other issues!!!he claimed he didn't see anything wrong with the truck and he kept giving it back to me with the check engine light still on and oil gage dropping now all of a sudden he realizes the whole engine needs replaced and I'm responsible for the full ... read more
RecommendedI’ve purchased 2 vehicles from Campbells. Never had any problems with those 2 vehicles. Always polite and professional. If I ever look for another vehicle they will be my first stop. 👍👍👍👍👍
We bought a used truck from them. It was a LEMON. The truck stopped running as soon as we got home. It is taking expensive repairs. The owner said we bought it, “as is”.
No I wouldn’t recommend them to anyway. I always have trouble with the car a week after getting it. And they gave me hell to fix it. If it rain the rain leaks into my headlight and my light goes out. I requested they fix it took it up there and no success at all. The check engine light is always on. My husband attempted to fix the issue which isn’t his responsibility. But hell no they r horrible
If I could give them zero stars I would...I will never ever do business with Campbell's again, never...
Campbell's's used cars takes advantage of people because they are the bank. They will tow your car and claim you owe them X amount of money and you may not. They will swear you up and down that they called you and have not. When you ask them questions, or try to figure anything out they have attitudes, do not buy any cars from them. It is not worth it, at all.
