Usually I don’t leave to many positive reviews as it’s easier to be let down, but I will say when I had my installation done, it worked well but it came with a minor setback that within informing them, they addressed the problem and fixed it within hours. That’s something I truly respect.
Jacob was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He was here for an a/c tune-up and found that the capacitor which was almost 5 yrs old wasn’t working at full capacity which was causing the motor to run longer and more often, which would eventually burn out the motor if not replaced. He installed a 5 year warranty capacitor and the a/c is running more efficiently for a much more reasonable price than the other hvac services I contacted.
The technician Zach worked diligently to diagnose our problem and get the system running again. I'd recommend Legacy and Zack to my neighbors.
Zach came out to do a tune up on our AC unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind. He did a thorough inspection and offered many additional options to help our unit run smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to get an tune up done.
