I'm pretty sure I've shared my experience with Legacy Home Services before. But once again I'm here to praise their service, technicians, and sense of community. Anytime I have an issue which hasn't been much to speak of they will either send a technician to you that day if they have time available, which is in my opinion very difficult to do nowadays, especially with summer upon us. This was a scheduled service. They installed heat and air 4 yesterday ago. Great company to do business with. They keep track of where you are an when service is due. I get a monthly report an stick to it

My AC stopped blowing cold but was it not an emergency. They were still able to get someone out within hour. The tech Dan was considerate, professional , flexible and patient. I'll be honest, I cant speak to price as I had little time to research or get a second opinion. With that said, Dan walked me through everything that he observed and discussed multiple options on how to proceed. If a quick, clean and professional experience is what you want above all else, i would recommend.

Zach and Adrian did an excellent job with my annual air-conditioning and furnace maintenance! They were extremely thorough, took the time to explain what they were doing, and made sure everything was running efficiently before they left. Their professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. I feel confident going into the summer and winter season knowing my system is in great shape—thanks to Zach and Highly recommend.
