Disappointed Requested a maximum $150,000 budget. Tom designed a gorgeous addition I was psyched about. However all FOUR contractors came in between $225,000 - $300,000. Tom created a complete fantasy for me. This fantasy of a plan cost me over $5,000. Tom wanted additional money to keep "altering it." The contractors all agreed it was not a "practical" plan.
