We wanted to install crown molding on our kitchen cabinets that were in our new home. We called Campbell's Kitchen Cabinets and they confirmed that they had an order for kitchen cabinets for our address. They ordered the crown molding which took a couple weeks to arrive. The ends were split, so they ordered more on warranty. We got the replacements and they were split too, but we had enough for our job. We were at their show room today(4/7/25) we arrived at 2:15. Went in, no one at front desk, waited then proceeded into the show room, still no one. We heard a lady in an office talking about her stress (guessing that was a personal call) To finish, we took our business elsewhere.

Ordered cabinets and they arrived as they should and within the time frame. I asked how to adjust some of the doors as they were off and they told me to do it. I asked if they would send someone out to help and they said, “Are you going to pay me?” when I said no they walked out of the office.
