It’s like pulling teeth to have Him communicate properly on when my car is being fixed. My car has been in the shop for over two months at this point and I’m going to find other repair shops that are more efficient. I don’t have time to wait around for this man to take forever to fix my car. Will be taking my business somewhere else
I went to this shop a few weeks ago to have my battery replaced, and what should have been a simple job turned into a costly nightmare. After the service, my car started having serious electrical issues, and I later learned that the wiring connected to the battery had been mishandled. I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. After bringing my car in for what should have been a routine inspection, my brake pads were noticeably worse shortly afterward, which strongly suggests they were mishandled during service. Brake pads can be damaged if a mechanic improperly removes or reinstalls the calipers, contaminates the pads with grease or brake fluid, fails to torque components correctly, or allows debris to get lodged between the pad and rotor.
