I've been going here for years! In the beginning, mostly because it is convenient, I do my laundry in the same area. Although in the last year or so, a young lady Jessie has been working there, very sweet, extremely personal able, and seriously one of the hardest workers I have ever seen! She always take care great care of me and my car. It's too bad the management there doesn't appreciate or perhaps doesn't recognize what they have in an employee, until it is too late. I will be looking for a new place to get my car washed.
I have taken my car to be washed there twice. the first time I had a 2 inch crack on my windshield when they gave me my car it had gone from the windshield wipers all the way to the top. I had assumed Maybe the heat of the water made it worst.and today I took it back to get washed i got out of my car and saw my window had air bubbles so I took a second look n guess what my whole car has air bubbles..I'm so mad I've been calling them n no one picks up the stupid phone.
They are very unprofessional damaged my vehicle and then asked me to get it fixed and would reimburse me. It took 4 months calling and showing up there to get paid back. Eddie the owner is rude and I will never take my vehicle there ever again
Great friendly service! I will definitely be back!
