When I say "we cannot say enough about Hometown Motors," I'm not just dumping a platitude here for a review. We called Hometown Motors after searching unsuccessfully for ages for a repair shop that could fix a diesel pickup truck. Not only were they the ONLY one close to us that could do it, they had the truck towed to their shop for us with a company they use. (One less call I had to make.) Ray and the technician are outstanding I have not gone to another shop but, hometown motors. Ray always welcome customers inside and he explains what is really going on with your vehicle they are just an outstanding shop to have to get repairs done so please stop by and see for yourselves. It is so hard to find a really good mechanic. Someone that explains what the problem is. Ray would go through what will be done with a decent price. Jim is a reliable car mechanic. I first came in with coolant leaking. He fixed that. Then my front-end was making noise so he replced the double fan. It's riding much better! I don't usally write reviews but I did because Ray and Jim are worth it. I finally found a good car repair company :)
Absolutely amazing hands down! I called with many questions & he answered them no problem. The staff is very friendly. The facility is very clean! I had my vehicle looked at 3 different times and no one could fix the problem. Took it to this place and they fixed the issue in under an hour!! 10/10 I highly recommend.
When I moved to Roscoe, I needed to find a new mechanic. I decided to try Hometown Motors because I found a coupon and I know the family of the young man that owns it. They do a very thorough job of running diagnostics so they let me know what I need to do to keep my car running.
