Everything is great about this place. Great folks, great service and excellent pricing. Craig is a gem of a person and will always call you a week or 10 days after the repair to know how things are working for you. He truly stands behind his work and makes sure that his customers are fully satisfied. I have a long drive to this shop but I prefer not to go elsewhere because I know that they will take good care of my vehicle. The place is a bit hard to find but totally worth the effort.

I didn't know there were auto shop still open today, that did such great work, for a great price. Craig is honest, and will go beyond what needs to be done to get you back on the road. Fantastic experience dealing with him, just can't say enough about the service, besides, AWESOME. David, N.W. Houston

The customer service was excellent and the price quoted was fair. They picked my car up and brought it back once repaired at no cost, not to mention it didn't take all day either. This place seems honest and I'll be using them in the future.

The thing that I remember most from my initial meeting with Craig was that he said, "When I working on something, I never give up until I find out what the problem is". I was a little skeptical at first, but after taking my Lexus LS 460 to several well known dealerships who failed to tell me exactly what the problem was, I needed to find someone who could accurately identify the problem and FIX IT. Thank you guys sooo much for everything, ever since I have come here from Austin you guys have always gone out of your way to help me and my poor little BMW. I am so happy I found you guys you guys rock ! Anyone who owns a BMW or any other type of europen car I definately recommend theese guys. Thay also work on all kinds of really cool exotic cars . Thank you Campbells Auto Care for fixing my car. I was in and out in three hours, my door locks stopped working on me on my way home from the Krogers yesterday. I called and they told me to bring in my car. I was there for only 15 minutes when Craig explained me the door lock mechanism needed to be replaced. They picked up the part from the dealer, and put my car back together shortly after and I went along with my day. Great service ! Thank You I recommend this shop to anyone.

I did some research before finding this place. I came across a few good reviews and decided to make the hike. (I live Downtown) I was surprised to see the shop as busy as it was, kind of off the beaten path, but it was shortly after that that I found out why. The owner greeted me with a smile and a handshake. They were restoring a 1965 Jaguar that just looked phenomenal. One of my personal favorites as far as cars go. I have a red mercedes slk convertible, and the top stopped working about a month ago and said to visit workshop, so I took it in to my local dealership and they said that it was some kind of pump that needed to be replaced and it would run about $5600.00 !
