Campbell's is a small shop, but they were very helpful. I prefer the comfortable feeling of dealing with a personable shop over the rushed experience you often get at much larger lots. We ended up buying the car as well.
Told dealer that vehicle was not the "advanced" model, and was only the 'Base" model. Dealer was not willing to update vehicle posting to correct the mistake.

We have sent an email to our representative for Cargurus to see if he can help us with the situation. If you look at our website or Cars.com you will see the Prius is no longer advertised as "advanced." We do appreciate you bringing this to our attention; our VIN decoder is not always correct, and we do not always catch its mistakes.

Well we didn't buy this car from this dealer but we did buy a different one. After looking all over at different dealers we came back to the first place I was looking. The people were friendly and helpful. We bought a car that wasn't out on the lot for sale yet and so far the process with them getting that car ready has been going smoothly. Hopefully getting new car today or tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Nice people but they wouldn’t even consider negotiating on price. Every dealership does some sort of mark up on price. Don’t let them say otherwise
