Campbell’s replaced my water heater through NB Power. They were great to deal with. Called ahead of coming, very polite. Quick work and left no mess at all behind. They were great!
Appalling. Supposed to replace water heater in January. Didn’t make arrangements with building then. Said they would. Didn’t. No further word. Water heater fails in early April. Monday morning, they’ll call back appt time. They don’t. Call three times, interval of two hours between calls. Nothing. Tuesday: we’ll be there between 9-12.
