Be very careful with this location. I had a previous repair at Campbell Supply that WAS fully covered under my extended warranty (this was before the DEF line heater issue). That experience is exactly why I returned here again. For the DEF line heater fault, before dropping off the truck, I showed the service advisor the active fault codes and specifically asked whether this issue was covered under my extended warranty. I purchased a brand New Newmar RV Freightliner chassis and immediately had a antifreeze leak. Carolina RV where I purchased was very unhelpful but these guys made up for it 10X. I spoke with service mgr Michael who immediately showed concern and offered to have someone come to my house within a week. Very impressive since it was the Christmas week.
