Very disappointing experience with my tooth extraction. Dr. Wei Sia Mah took an X-ray before starting the procedure. However, midway through the extraction, she told me she couldn't remove the tooth because she had only then realised the root was hooked. I was surprised, as I expected this to have been identified from the X-ray before the procedure began. The extraction lasted nearly 3 hours.
