Imagine these strata managers have work and getting paid by homeowner’s strata payment but has the nerve to ignore you? This company doesnt even deserve 1 start they are terrible. If you call them it will come straight to voicemail, if you send email no reply worst they will block you if they want to. Operator will make you wait for a long time to the point youll just gonna hang up. But try to email them about payment they will respond right away. If i could i would leave a 0 rating. Nether kim or shavion. Will return a answer to your emails i don't think they even send complaints to the counsel. Over paid for there actions. Lucky if u get a automated message that says we will contact u in 4 business days we have a lot of calls right now. But no response back. I think they block your email after a couple complaints
