Under no circumstances should you use this company. Yolanda Connolly specifically should be fired immediately. We went over the same issue with her for months and she never got anything done.
I've been dealing with Campbell now for 5+ years and it is the WORST strata management group hands down! Absolutely horrendous! If I could give minus stars I would give them -5!!
Worst strata company! Our property is never maintained. Garbage everywhere! No security cameras in our parkade and vehicles have been broken into over and over. This strata company is a joke! Deserves 0 stars!
Our Strata has dealt with Campbell for about 4 years, and its been a nightmare for the most part. Non-communication, multiple dropped balls. Little to no direction regarding issues that volunteer strata councils are not equipped to handle, and probably worst of all, our financial statements are in a total mess. There is little competence I can attribute to Campbell.
