We have a friend who lives here and it seems OKAY, however there's only one pair of elevators (to my knowledge) and no exaggeration - one or BOTH are constantly broken down/closed! They are very old, very slow, and many residents are on walkers &/or wheelchairs obviously so for them, using stairs is not an option. For the amount of money they have to pay for rent, they deserve some new elevators! My husband and I visited this assisted living facility this morning. We have a friend who is looking for an one bedroom apartment in an assisted living setting. The staff at the reception desk told us there was no one available to give us a tour, rudely telling us we need to make an appointment. When we asked for a brochure of the facility's services and prices, he could not provide one.
