While I did not have a house built by this company. The owner has land next to my block. The owner, Ryan wanted to build a retaining wall on the boundary of my block in order to build a house to sell. Ryan decided to demolish the fence without informing me which is required by the Fencing Act. He could have easily contacted my though the council, my block is currently vacant. 2 years ago when I purchased the property I planted about 20 fruit trees on my side of the fence, some being rare and not easy to source.
