If there is any chance you can get another roofing company to handle your needs, please, for your own mental health, do so. I have been fighting for the better part of a year to get any of the promises followed through with. I still owed them a small amount, waiting for my final inspection. I found a 4ft piece of rotted facia that they missed. So when Chris made the 5th call in two weeks requesting that payment, I again assured him that payment would be maid when job completed. As a contractor, I will not usually post a disgruntled review about another contractor but it is to the point of ridiculousness. All I have gotten is the runaround. These repair/re-roofs are from hurricane Irma, no not Michael, IRMA, and they still are not done. Save yourself a lot of frustration and tied up funds that leave you tied to them and find another roofer. The reason they don't know what their doing is because most of the employees are high or drunk you should see the backgrounds on some of them if you did you wouldn't hire them...scary
