Terrible customer service. They dont respond to emails, phone calls, texts. Finally after waiting at least a week after applying to a house and countless unanswered phone calls to check on the status, cheryl texted me saying how the unit i was interested in wont be available for another month, i tried calling to let her know im perfectly fine with waiting but then she turned around and said i dont even qualify for their rentals because im currently on pandemic unemployment assistance, i let her know we are currently making 6... read more
Attempted to inquire about one of their rentals and no one ever responded. Funny this evening I got a response a week later. Only to be told it was already rented. Why did it take a week to get a response. Also my other question was never answered.
