Never had much trouble while living there. Only thing I disliked was I wasn’t allowed to have anything outside my front door. Not even a chair. However there were clear favorites. Certain people could do what they wanted. My biggest problem is I have been moved out of the apartment for 2 months now and they are still trying to charge me rent. Landlord seemed professional at first. Speaks like a business man but definitely is NOT! Nice guy, but very unprofessional. Price gouging.
Can’t decorate/leave welcome signs outside of your door or the landlord will pick it up and knock on your door to pick it up. Management “can” come into your unit at any time even if you request for them not too, i have argued with the landlord over preferring to be present while he or maintenance was present. We filled out an application. Told we were approved. Paid for the application nevdf heard back from Mr. Standley. Even took money from our cost signer . Still waiting on a lease agreement and the apartment number!!! Now both numbers don’t work for us to get intouch with him!!! Very unprofessional
