Marlene Burgos is without a doubt the best Community manager I have ever dealt with. She is there when you need her, and gets the job done. I've been living in Vitalia for 8 years and had a few managers over that period. None of the past managers could "hold a candle " to Marlene. If I could do a 6 star rating, I would.

I asked Nicole Bassetti , Asst Property Mgr at Cascades SLW, for help locating a clean copy of our District street map. She tried twice, but what she sent didn’t quite fit the bill. In less than an hour a third map came through that saved the day! It was obvious that didn’t just give up. She looked until she found what I needed.
