One of the worst HOA’s if not THE worst that I have ever dealt with. I live in Cadence in tradition. They are terrible at responding to emails. They are responsible for the landscaping and my grass looks so bad. Literally have bald patches and when I brought it up, they sent me a proposal to have the sod replaced out of pocket. Mulch is the same issue. And now they started booting owners cars that are parked in their own driveway…….. if you are moving to PSL I would figure out who the property manager is before buying. This is my first experience with an HOA. I have to say that Lisa was amazing!! Very sweet, professional and effective. She has been an amazing resource and wealth of information. I am so grateful and appreciative that any time I reach out, she always responds!! Great customer service! Absolutely can not say enough about her. Laura is also great. She is so patient with my many questions! She too has quick responses and has been so very helpful! So far my HOA experience with Campbell has been great!
