Over three years: We have had a Junkman using his unit for a junk business at Oakbrook Village. Only recently have they stopped his leaving junk in the buildings hall and storage rooms. We have even had him leave a Toilet Seat outside his door in the public hall. Multiple vehicles are used to store junk in and tied on top of in the Parking lot, often not legally registered. Campbell Property Management placed a Property Manager on our site; located at Condo Association of Lakeside Village in Palm Springs, FL. This Property Manager assigned is CURRENTLY INTERFERING IN OUR BOARD ELECTION!!! Four (4) Residents, one of which is a CURRENT BOARD MEMBER, went to Campbell Property Management Corporate Headquarters to speak to the Chief Operating Officer to inform him of the following on the morning of February 22, 2021 which was Monday. When the new yearly maintenance fee Packet was received in the mail I thought it was an error and e-mailed Anita. Anita responded with she will look into it. Than Anita responded that I was correct, there was an error and they would send a new correct packet promptly. Received the new packet and sent in a check/with coupons for three months. Than received another packet that was different. E-mailed Anita about this and requested some form of proof of what my Unit classification really is after 3 different packets. N... read more
