Not a best service for your money – MWI is totaly out of control. I beleive that they have most condo board members in their pocket. Also, they own a company calld CPM they use as a maintenance contractor with long term contracts. How convenient? In some cases charhes and invoices are forwarded to be paid with out any back up or proof that the work was actualy done. the amount of money that they charge for their services is outrages. no one is willing challenge them from fear of harrasment.
