Have made several complaints regarding the maintenance at the new development at Seagrove. They respond they will correct it but never do. Hopefully someone reads this and holds them accountable.
Vangela Brodsky has been our property manager for the last 18 months (since April 2024). She is very dedicated to the wellbeing of the community and care of residents’ concerns, and is a person of very high integrity and honesty. Having worked with Vangie Broadsky for over 18 months, on a variety of projects at Crystal Pointe, I can say she is a genuine asset to our community. She offers her helpful experience and advice, helps with research, and then actively supports our new initiatives. Communication with homeowners is always a challenge, and she writes great newsletters that highlight our activities and improvements.
I love having Vangie Brodsky as our property manager at Crystal Pointe. She does a great job making sure everything is handled properly and in a timely manner.
