Did a showing with Julia Gores last week. She was super professional and made my family feel very comfortable!! Great property and great staff!! 10/10 recommend!
I'm sad to write this review but I felt as if i got screwed over. I'll summarize this at the end if you don't want to read through this. I lived in a townhouse for around $1,500 and when me and my roommates saw the apartment it was in bad condition. (Chips in boards, some stuff falling off, garbage disposal not working, screen door broken, tape on walls, and a ton of trash in the garage that they said that they would "Handle later" Spoilers: After MANY calls no one came and we had to do it ourselves.) They were an alright place to live. The units were nice enough, but management was often slow to reply unless you went down to office in person. Also be aware they WILL scalp your deposit. Got charged a full clean despite my wife and I emptying out the apartment and cleaning it for the better part of two weeks. I had better luck with goldmark on that front. If you don't care about your money spend it here.
