They were an alright place to live. The units were nice enough, but management was often slow to reply unless you went down to office in person. Also be aware they WILL scalp your deposit. Got charged a full clean despite my wife and I emptying out the apartment and cleaning it for the better part of two weeks. I had better luck with goldmark on that front. If you don't care about your money spend it here.
One of my daughters lives in this building and the staff and neighbors are absolutely wonderful here. A convenient location and pretty quiet considering the amount of people that live in this huge building! Neighbors are friendly and everyone is very respectable around here and has been for the last two plus years since my daughter's residency here. If I ever have to move to Fargo, Campbell properties will be my first choice in looking for a place to rent!
