Cannot talk to the local office in Shallotte NC. I paid over $4200 for installation a year ago with the understanding I purchased the 200 gal tank. This year I got a bill for $140 tank rental charge. Installation paperwork did not explicitly identify tank was purchased only installed. Amerigas website states that all installation charges are covered by the provider when the tank is rented. Great service and delivery.
My parents 82 and 83 years old ran out of gas. They did have it paid up they just forgot to tell them to come put some gas in. This company proceeded to tell me and my sister that unless they had $300 they would have to wait 6 days to get gas they didn't care that they were 82 and 83 years old they didn't care that it was going to get to 30° at night. We have tried and tried and tried to reach someone with Amerigas locally concerning a very important matter. We’ve sent messages and called but no one with answer us either way. We are still in need of speaking to someone but I’m guessing that still won’t be happening. Way to do business AmeriGas!!!!
