What an absolutely useless business. I went by to buy a cylinder and I have a sign on the door that says closed to walk-ins. No one would answer the phone and nobody was there during open business hours. We happily went elsewhere. If you have no way for people to contact you either in person or by phone during open business hours, then I wouldn't consider those to be open business hours. Response to owner: You spelled "the goal was to not have to spend as much money so we can keep more for ourselves" wrong.

Agas has trapped me for years. They will charge me thousands to take out their tank, and will not transfer it to another gas company. Trapped and frustrated, but seems to be nothing I can do
