Iv been in two different apartments living here under a year because unit 2793 had a flood from the upstairs bathroom there was a bunch of mold in the bathroom walls that they didn't properly take care of so I told them inwas getting a lawyer so then they decided to move me to unit 3047 with no deposit and 1 free month free rent!!¡¡ in too moving in to unit 3047 they said I couldn't do a walk through because of covid!!¡¡ on the day of move in we noticed one bedroom had no electricity the bathroom sink was leaking and one bed... read more
I have sent so many emails requesting the garbage to be dealt with at this community to never get a response. The property is not maintained at all. The garbage piles up like this weekly. It’s no wonder there is a rodent issue here. I pay $1600 a month to live next to this filth. Not happy at all. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
RecommendedI moved in here recently, the pool is clean and usually empty, picking up tennis at the court. Maintenance staff seems a little overwhelmed but they've worked me in. Overall it's been a great place for my little family.
DO NOT MOVE HERE I am leaving as soon as my lease is up. You can't decorate for the holidays, you ask for maintenance they do come but have an excuse for not fixing what's broken so I fixed my own stuff and told the manager I would bill them and she said "we'll see" ya not a good answer. I was rude to her and I have apologized but damn, stand up for your tenants They seem to forget the tenants are making the payments for the owner
Moldy, old and dated. Never know who the apartment manager is. Flooding, poor communication. Like living on a military base. We couldn't even have cable or dish because of their rules regarding satellite dishes and our apartment wasn't set up properly to connect cable in the most convenient location without running wires under the carpet which would have caused damage to the carpet ultimately. Lived there a year and could never get a screen for my window. High utilities as well. Not worth the amount of rent they are asking.
New management has really turned this place around. Its great seeing this place changed for the better
