I only rated this building as one star because I didn't have the option of going lower than that. I would never recommend this building to anyone interested in renting in Windsor, ON. I've had my rent payments "lost", or "misplaced" and was told that I never paid them at all ... once they tried to extort rent out of me 3 times in a month. Then I wised up and started sending them payments through certified mail. The elevator doesn't work 98% of the time, and they seem incapable of getting it fixed so you'll constantly be walk... read more
