Horrible. Made an appointment 4 days prior and the day of just didn’t show up. Didn’t call, didn’t return phone calls, nothing. Just had me sitting there waiting. Unprofessional and 10/10 do NOT recommend
I called Chris and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and willing to help. After hearing what my issue with my Hunter control unit was, he confirmed my suspicion that my 14 year old unit was bad. I had already ordered a new unit from Amazon and he offered to walk me through it's installation and gave me some tips on how to install it. What a rare thing in todays "service" industry. Came out , gave price we agreed on, called and texted for a week and zero response.. Not honorable..
Don't waste your time on this guy. I wish I could give this company zero stars. He set up an appointment to come to my house for an estimate. He never showed, never called, never responded to texts or voicemails.
I reached out to Campbell Irrigation to have some sprinklers moved. Chris responded quickly. He came out that same day and fixed my problem. They were quick, professional and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this company for all your Irrigation needs.
