Seriously top notch folks. I have never felt so much anxiety having to call my insurance comapny for 2 major issues back to back, unrelated. Sewer line poped and 3 days later my house was stuck by lightning and I lost my A/C. Now I do pay a high premium but everything was covered, over 25k in damage and these lovely folks took care of me, no hassle. Wonderful people I would highly recommend to anyone. I would also recommend buying a top end insurance policy on a home in Lynchburg as they are all pretty old.
