Katie is very knowledgeable. We worked with her on an out of state closing and she made us feel comfortable. She is always quick to return a call & willing to educate you on new things. Her team is also very helpful. Highly recommend!

So confused with my experience. We wasted over 4 months going back and forth with the design team after talking to an owner. I don't know what the problem was because they ghosted me. I emailed multiple times asking for a meeting, all ignored. The most recent was about two weeks ago and no further contact. I texted the owner, no call back. I had financing and was ready to go.
