I called a day prior for my service call, asked them to do research on a gas valve price ( may be the problem, they said it was no longer available and began to diagnose the problem over the phone. Offering a full replacement. Wth) I checked google and BAM 1000's of hits. I told them I could be at my home in the morning. For a service call. I took time off work, waited, waited and no call. I called them and the woman said the service tech was in some other city like 50 miles away and wouldn't be hack until hopefuly this afte... read more
will never use again nor will I recommend their service Serviced cooler but did not replace the pads, charged another $110 to come back and replace pads. Requested inspection and service on furnace, did not clean it or replace the flange that goes around the vent into the crawlspace. All tech did was replace the filter. Will have to have a reputable tech come back out and do the job correctly
