Colleen is an excellent audiologist who has helped me with my hearing loss and hearing aids since I started seeing her. She has helped me understand a lot more about hearing loss and how best to manage it.

Saddened by the treatment of my friend at your clinic today. Lots of people are busy, lots of people run over time but someone with an appointment does not need to be made to feel like an inconvenience. Unwelcoming and condescending throughout was the tone set by you Colleen. I’d rather have called you direct and nicely ask you to be a little kinder next time but if this person knew I was even writing this review they’d be so embarrassed and not come for the help that they actually really need from you. Colleen and her staff do an amazing job. Colleen is so professional but very friendly at the same time; she makes you feel instantly comfortable. Today was my first time there and Colleen and the staff made me feel like I was a regular.
